The 400V Smart BMS is suitable for household energy storage systems. It can isolate and convert 48V batteries into high-voltage 400V. It can independently determine charge and discharge. At the same time, it can provide overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, over-temperature, under-temperature, short circuit and reverse connection for the battery pack. The protection function can also provide voltage balancing function during the charging process; it can realize reliable multi-group parallel connection through the CAN bus and communicate with the host computer. It supports cluster management. Each system supports a maximum of 8 clusters, and each cluster supports a maximum of 8 clusters. 16 units in parallel; perform parameter configuration, data monitoring, and software upgrade on the host computer software; intelligent lithium battery BMS is compatible with 15 series and 16- cell lithium battery pack.
Basic introduction.
The 400V Smart BMS have internally divided into BMU and BDC has two parts. BMU ( Battery Management Unit) realizes functions such as voltage and temperature monitoring of single cells, SOC calculation, operation logic strategy control, parameter setting, external communication and other functions. BDC( Bid i re t i o nal Direct Current Converter is a bidirectional DC conversion circuit between the 48V battery pack and the inverter/ converter, which is used to perform battery constant current, constant voltage charging and discharging, standby, protection and other functions.

400V Smart BMS Parallel Function
1.The smart lithium battery BMS module supports parallel applications and simultaneously increases the backup time or power: a single battery module has a backup power of 5kW and supports 16 modules in parallel.
2. In constant voltage discharge mode, the current-sharing imbalance between battery modules is ≤10%.
